Most are okay although some need qualification. For example:

1. Did I conductive (sp? lol) an extensive keyword research? Did I find all the popular terms that are relevant to my industry/niche/website?

Yes, do extensive research. Use the many free competitor analysis tools out there. But keep in mind that just because a term is popular, it's something you should shoot for. Find terms that have less competition, more relevance to your niche, and more commercial in nature.

3. Did I write unique, high quality texts that will be considered useful both by the Users and by the Search Engines?
