Getting 404s for Existing Pages in Wordpress Randomly?

Wordpress pages that exist on my site keep coming up with 404 errors randomly, and now that I've gotten a traffic boost from another site, it's getting worse. I'm also getting strange requests for SMI files from links to my WMVs?

Anyone ever run into this?

Is there something wrong with your permalinks in the .htaccess file?

The FollowSymLinks line was missing, I put that in + installed Supercache and the page errors lessened. Thanks!
