i know wead consumption in Denmark is kinda tolarated, but as i read, it's punishable in Norway and Finland.

So My question is, Limited personal use is ignored or do they enforce it a lot?

There was a part of Copenhagen where weed used to be tolerated but it isn't anymore...

That being said, I'm sure you still can buy weed there but be discrete with it.

In Norway you can get charged for even small amounts of weed.
If they decide that your small amount is large enough to be considered suspicious, they charge you for being a seller.
But do they enforce it a lot? Nah, it's not like they use all their time on catching "users".
You should be pretty safe.

As long as there is no reason to, the police doesn't stop you for questioning.
You basically need to beg for trouble to get in trouble.
I haven't smoked in years, but when I did it usually wasn't any trouble buying some.

As far as i know, it ain't excactly easy to grow quality-weed in norway. A friend I used to share a flat with was extremely proud of his homegrown shit, but to tell the truth, his stuff barely kicked in at all

Most people i've heard of that has got into trouble with mary j are the ones who have had their plants on display in their windows.

(Just remembered; one dude actually had a plant in the policeoffice frontyard in one small town. And managed to get caught for it..... )
