    getting my site to actualy make money instead of costing me it?

    Hey all,

    ive had my site http://www.anal4ever.com for ages first i did some messing around with the good old deluxepass program. Then i figured lets go make a tube of it. Been running a tube for around 1 year now however im pushing cash towards it but 0 comes out... Curious on how i can actually start making cash out of it, we hit around 8k unique's a day ( GEO currently has like 60/70% coming from Bosnia etc.. but trying to change that (hired an SEO guy that should give better traffic and GEO).
    However what programs should i run to get some cash coming?! i tried ppc from fpc traffic but as my geo isnt what they are looking for i got asked to remove my banners, so now im trying to figure out on how to sell my traffic or make my traffic into pps.
    Atm im trying: cams.com and peopletraffic.com for pps however ive had 0 conversions (so either my visitors are cheap mofo's that dont wanna spend cash or im doing something wrong).
    Hope u guys can slap me into the right direction!

      I have no tube sites, but I would have a look at other tubes and see what they promote (webcam and dating)..

              yeah trying sex in your city atm gonna look for some plugs from some better countries.germany,usa,uk etc...
              so if ur selling good traffic hit me up also if u got any good referal programs also hit me up.

                                  Considering the thousands of tube sites and the quality of videos (many look dark) people might not be staying long. I recommend changing the tube script and layout design. You really need to draw visitors to your banners. I would also remove that large pop up. You might be able to block Bosnia ip addresses.

                                  I have a lot of traffic from Thailand and Malaysia they don't buy shit either.

                                      I have only one site that could be considered tube and it makes me nothing either, imo most tube sites dont make a lot of money... unless you get huge huge huge. Better to try a tgp/blog/topsite imo

                                      And true newbies making money in this, well i wouldnt bother the only reason im still in it is because i have been for 8 years, it isnt worth it anymore unless you are established..
                                      been in this industry since 2002.. gettin' too old for this shit..

                                          It's certainly difficult right now. I would suggest increasing your relevancy: 1) add banners that are relevant to the anal/ass niche 2) swap out your current cam link to http://streammate.com/webcam/anal-sex/.

                                                      Try this...

                                                      Limit the number of streaming vids, to say 5, your surfers can watch. Force them to register (for free) so that they can view more vids... limiting them again to say 10 vids until they pay you a hefty sum of money . You'll need a members area tho lol.

                                                      If they don't fall for that, then at least you caught their email where you can send out bulk mails every week.
