Hohum putting some fun into work, motivate employees, morale

What do you do to keep your office from getting really boring and avoid burnout?
We've been sitting here for the last thirteen years giving you peace of mind with Strongbox,
Throttlebox, and Clonebox. Doing those three over and over all day, 8 hours a day, for
thirteen years. I personally fight off burnout somewhat by retreating to my secret underground
lab to develop cool new features or new systems, like Clonebox. Other than that, it can get
real tedious doing the same stuff over and over.

If you are a one person shop, you probably stay busy with a fairly large variety of tasks, but
for those of you with a few people in the company, what do you do to keep a lively atmosphere,
to break up the tedium of "answer a support email, answer another support email, answer
    another support email"?

I think people must get more physical.
They can talk face to talk, hug, hand shake, play sports and get up from their chair to walk around from time to time.
