Webcam Chat for Solo girl site

I'm trying to help one of my female friends setup her own site and she wants to include a webcam chatroom for her members. It doesn't need to be a huge enterprise solution, she basically wants to be able to broadcast her webcam and see the webcam of her members. She wants to be the only one to be able to see them though. Anyone heard of anything like this or can tell me where to look? Thanks!

Google webcam scripts. There are loads out there.

Your question should be is there any programers here that can help with that. It will take a fairly good programer to do this.
