    Need advice on my fake celeb gallery

    Hi,

    I need some advice on my site Celexy.com. I'm looking for ways to earn money from the site but so far I've only earned a couple of dollars from BlackLabelAds. I've tried and am trying to add affiliate ads on my site and I've gotten over 100 clicks but no sales so far.

    I know the problem might be that I'm not promoting relevant ads and I've tried to sign up for the celebdefamer affiliate program but I havent heard back from them. My ultimate goal is to sell the domain or site, but first I need to make some revenue from the site.

    So can you guys give me any ideas on what I could do with the site? Would appreciate it

    P.S. - Right now I get about 1000 unique visitors a day

      I would sign up with an affiliate program that has fake/celeb content and use some of their advertising materials other than banners. I've found embedded iframes, live "chat" consoles, etc. to attract more attention than traditional banners and this may result in more clicks and better conversions. Try replacing (or supplementing) the BLA banners with this for a while and see if this provides you with a better result.

      If you're looking for celeb content do a quick search or simply post asking for programmes - you'll find one soon enough!

          Hi thanks for the advice.

          I signed up with gossip kings and are know displaying celebrity type ads. So far in the last 6 days I've gotten 541 raw clicks and 153 clicks but no signups so far Is that normal or should I find another affiliate program?

              Your mileage may vary, but anything less than a 1000:1 is a very good ratio. Do you have a bunch of asian traffic? that's not going to convert at all. you're probably going to need at least 50k users a day to make any cash with your site

                      Thanks for signing up to GK! I do have to agree your site is REALLY slow to load.

                      Also I'd recommend based on your site layout instead of using our flash banners to do some thumbnail driven banners. So they look like simple html. Here's a couple examples:

                      good for our OrientalCelebs.com or HomemadeCelebrityPorn sites.

                      good for our DirtyTeenCelebrities.com or CelebritySpanker.com sites.

                      If you want we can make them for you, just let us know.
