What to do with Foreign Traffic?

I have an overabundance of foreign traffic on one of my sites and I need to know what to do with it. I just don't want to block it as it's gotta be useful somewhere. I know they're shitty countries but are there any sponsors that can convert this?

Depends on the kind of traffic of course... i find it unlikely that a whole country converts well on a specific site... :D
