Based on ELGG platform (free)

130 users, none of which are fake database creations

Many useful plugins for messaging, chat, pic albums, friends, profile widgets, ect....

We get about 3 new members a week without advertising or attaining inbound links

What would you say this site is worth?

Now lets say there were 10,000 users, what would the value be?

the number of users has little to do with a value estimation, the unique traffic per day is more important, and revenue

Its a very small free social network. You can't aspect it to have any value yet..

we dont even track the traffic because it is so small at this point. Also having said that I really dont think it has any substantial value yet. I was thinking more for future value down the road (a long way down the road).

10,000 real users? That's a huge site, then. It's worth thousands of dollars.
