You need better Search Engine Optimization (SEO). You only have a META title and no description or keywords. You might want to think about changing "Home of the hottest russian pussy on the net" to something more unique. Maybe something about your quest to be king of Russian smut or My All-Exclusive Russian Hardcore FuckFest. Might want to put your new content update schedule somewhere, like on the join page.

Thanks, those are some good suggestions. I will definitely work on fixing those. I was thinking of changing that tagline up top anyways.

like the site, it is clean, easy to navigate and to understand. but you do need to secure your members area. I can click it on and get any of your content for free. Pretty much watched all of it.

I think it looks a nice site so well done if this is your first paysite. I would agree with earlier comments that you need to get your affiliate program sorted out and links to the program at the foot of all tour pages (rather than just an e-mail address).
You may also want to consider offering different pricing options - at the moment you only offer $23.95 / 30 days recurring. You may also want to offer a non-recurring 30 day option at a slightly higher price, as well as a 90 day non-recurring option at a slightly discounted price than if they paid monthly.
But overall, well done!

I would change the design if i were you, i would add pay-per-clip option and i would take off the quest to become a porn star.. makes you look a newbie and this is NOT what you want customers and affiliates to think. Hot chicks... I'd bang them all

well you said critique so I'll do so:

- first gray color sucks, this is not biz site it's porn site! Get rid of that metallic look!
- chick in header on the right has fucking ugly tits/nipples!
- try to avoid times new roman font (default one) on a porn site - looks to amateur, at least use Arial on whole site and you can't go wrong with it

this should be enough... for the start...
