Welcome Eric. If you have had input from Czarina and Pornguy then you have probably already had some good advice, but I will add in a few things that came to my mind when I took a look at your site:-
1. Your pricing stucture seems odd. It says "$9.99 for one month or $34.95 for 3 months". - how does that work then? You are saying it is MORE expensive to join for 3 months at a time than if I paid for it each month as I went along?? That's not right - you should be making it desirable for people to sign up for longer periods of time - not less desirable. If you're happy with $9.99 / month then your 3 months price should be more like $24.95 to give people an incentive to sign up for the longer time.
2. Content - I am only taking a wild stab in the dark here but I am guessing this content is not exclusive - judging by the range of models you have on there AND the fact you are giving it away for $9.99 / month, it would suggest to me you have bought this content in. You have to understand that this will automatically mean your site is less desirable to a porn surfer - if there is nothing special or unique about your content then why would they sign up to your site rather than some other lesbian site? You need to work out what your competitive edge is over your competition and then angle the site at that. At the moment your edge is that its lesbians but there are lots of sites like that so what makes yours better / stand out?
3. Tour content - you are only offering one 30-second trailer clip on the home page and one 14-second trailer clip on the "videos" page. I also thought you weren't offering any picture samples until I looked closer because you can't click on the thumbnail images themselves on your pictures page (I worked out the "click to preview" bit eventually but the horny, impatient surfer won't so make the thumbnails themselves clickable to make it easier for them). Even still that's very little content for the horny surfer to get excited about AND you have to go searching for it a bit. Obviously, don't give away the good stuff for free, but you need to offer a few more sample trailers and images to give them an idea of what they will find inside, as well as getting them horny enough to sign up.
4. Traffic. The two most important aspects of a successful paysite are Content and Traffic. I will assume the content inside your members area is plentiful, sexy and good quality, ok? So let's move onto traffic. Buying ads from somewhere like JuicyAds has it's own uses but definitely not for driving sales-making traffic to a paysite. Your chances of converting this sort of traffic into a sale is VERY slim indeed. Instead, you need to look at starting an affiliate program (I couldn't see any webmaster links on your site). TGPs do work but it's a volume thing and it's better to get affiliates handling this as they are more knowledgeable about it than you. But don't just think about TGPs. Affiliates are also blog owners, tube site owners, forum posters, etc . . so you would be opening up lots of different traffic sources by starting an affiliate program. Speak to your Epoch account manager about this and he can help you.
You need to really understand this side of things though so it wouldn't hurt you to start your own blog, for example, so you can see what sort of information and sales tools these affiliates would need (Morphing RSS feeds for example are great for blog owners) - as well as driving some valuable traffic to your site yourself.
Remember, you can't just buy in content, set up a paysite, buy some ads and expect to get rich or everyone would be doing it. It's MUCH harder than that. Stick with it, don't expect miracles and learn as much as you can as you go along and you will get there eventually. Good luck!

Purecharlie made many really good points. To expand on number 4 a bit.......An affiliate program is a great idea for traffic. One suggestion I would make is to become an affiliate yourself, not only to your site, but to some other sites. Get and idea of what being an affiliate is and what tools you would like to see from a program to effectively market.

Design some blogs so you have an idea of what tools would be needed for your affiliates who market this way.

Look into buying a few tgp submit accounts and submit galleries to get an understanding of not only the submission process, but also the kind and quantity of content you will need for your gallery submitters.

Ask for "specific" feedback from affiliates on when you make changes or are about to make changes to your affiliate program. Many will not reply, but the ones that do will have useful information.

Putting yourself in the place of your affiliates will provide valuable knowledge for further marketing your site, while also allowing you another income source via being an affiliate yourself.
