              Don't forget to ask about the conversion pixel/code. So you can track the ROI from campaigns in the same system and filter out all sources/url that don't convert enough for you. After a while only the best converting sites for you are left, then increase the budgets a little when you have tweaked it to your optimal settings and proven results.
