I have never used the program. but I am sure that if they did it half as well as they do every thing else. then its a great program to use.

I know he uses this board and will be able to answer your questions.
The issue I see is the site would require you to constantly be making sure you are a affiliate of sites being reviewed. The last thing any webmaster wants is to make a sale on not get paid.
