You need to upload to youtube type site like www.foreverseen.com then that site will have a html code for posting it on forums and websites. You need a website with a video backend streamer to do this.

It a attachment. When you click on the attachment the windows screen comes up and plays. Thanks so much for your input.

you can upload it to youtube (if its not adult), then use the [ youtube]youtube video url[ /youtube] to embed it here, without the spaces in the tags of course.
