    Webmaster using promotional content to direct sales to another website

    What do you cash program owners do when you catch a webmaster using some of your old promotional material to drive sales to another website that's not even part of your cash program?

    Your thoughts greatly appreciated .

      Contact the webmaster and ask that they either use the content to drive traffic to your sites, or have them take it down.

          If they don't respond to a request to take it down then forward on a DMCA takedown notice to their provider.

                  Thanks guys for all the responses. I am waiting for the other members of the site to reply. So far some of them were kind enough to reply and take it down, all in all I hope it all goes smoothly. Thanks a bunch you guys rock ;)

                      Try to keep in mind that the content may have BEEN GIVEN to them by the other company. SOOOO... Go sign up to that company and see if they have your content
