No charges have been filed yet, but we are told they definatly plan on filing. other than that, we have really just been sitting around doing nothing waiting to see what happens......

If they dont give you back your computers soon, you may want to file a governmental claim. It will force the issue of your charges though. Be careful though, it may cost you. You may chose to forgo trying to get your equipment back.

I had a client that had his cameras, computers and raw Mini-DVs confiscated and he had to file a governmental claim to get them returned. However, he was told there were no charges pending.

They're just probably looking for a bribe ...

Each record would include a digital scan of the performer's ID and a copy of the depiction. You can also upload other associated documentation, such as model releases and/or affidavits.

I worry about this stuff too but I am not making my own content...just websites with links to programs. Unfortunatley if someone wants to push the issue they can make your life hell. When I spoke to a lawyer at exxxotica show in NJ he basically said anything other then text links you can get in touble. :2 cents:
