Everything you said, and besides a white label tool, you think they would have a tool script that would be cut and past a finished looking web page with your codes. Instead they give you a banner, a text link, a hosted gallery....and let you try and make a finished puzzle on your pages. What I can't stand is affiliate programs that you can't see you id code to see if it is working. I also prefer all tool/banner images hosted by the sponsor, instead of saving the image and then adding the link. Remember we are promoting you so the easier/better tools the quicker we can get pages up and make sales.

site domain instead of just site name (logo)...
since it's a possible traffic leak since user can see the domain and type it in
and that means you'll get nothing if he decides to join!

on some sponsor sites is mission impossible to get link codes (for sites or promo tools)

That one pisses me off too, I have one sponsor who keep sending me weekly emails saying they have added new galleries but they never provide me with the links to those new galleries and want me to visit their page instead, which defeats the purpose of being on the email updates list (ie saving time having to visit sponsors pages).
