    2257 for banner content??

    Quick 2257 question. If you have affiliate banners on your website linking to other websites, and those banners contain sexually explicit content, do you need 2257 documentation for them? Or is it the responsibility of whoever produced/owns the banners?

      It is the responsibility of whomever PUBLISHES the content to maintain 2257 records
