Help With Keywords - GoFuckYourself.com

I update and change my keywords about every week or so based on search results and what keywords comp sites are using. Am I on the right track? I am a little confused on exactly how to pick keywords it seems that the more I read about it the more confused I get....Thanks.

I don't think changing your keywords every week is a good idea. Find out what works for you by looking at the kepwords that are being used to get to your site and remove those that do not show clicks (you can see this in your logfiles)

I would review once a month though as changing every week could have negative effects from the search engine spiders.

target a main keyword with the site, and don't change it, because it will be like starting from scratch

instead start some feeder blogs, each targeting a specific keyword to drive traffic to your site(s)

1st. Find the keywords that match your site find the ones that work best to describe the site but are not toooo competitive.. Like tits or Pussy. thats hard as hell and takes a LONG time. Go with "big beautiful tits" or "shaved tight pussy" those are a lot easier to get listed for.
