Let me amend that. I just got a download complete at 3.24 MB on the large file showing a transfer rate of 5.6 KB/sec, so another timeout here in India.

Got it in about 4-5 seconds with 30/4 Mbit (cap is 70 when there's no traffic peak) Fiber in Slovakia, Central Europe.

i got around 44.6kbs. depending on traffic speeds on times of day i know it will vary.
