    Whats the best approach? Best way to promote that stuff? ANY advice would be great.

          I have one listed on 2 of my blogs.. Text link that says Penis Enlargment. I get about 20 to 30 clicks a day but thats it. No sales and last year I had about 500 uniques but it was a new link.

          Not really trying it but sometimes the simple way is the best.

              If there is a penis enlargement surgeon, that would be the best affiliate program. I have not yet been able to find one.

                      mineistaken, where do you want promote PE products? On adult site or on pharmacy site or on mainstream site? I work with pharmacy. PE products are difficult to sell. More better are ED products (ED - erectile disfunction). Most good selling products are these ED pills - viagra, cialis, levitra.
