Welcome to GFY. Well Nasty Dollars has quite a lot of niches covered so it depends on which niche you are looking to push. Aside from that you can do many things with their promotional content.

Post hosted galleries in blog posts with lots of text.
Embed Flash videos in blog posts or along navigation.
Put up RSS link to a specific site in your blogroll.
Post long movie clip in post with text.
Post large photo from pic gallery and link to that gallery. They've got quality photos.
