How Many Webmaster does it take to........
Hey Guys First I would like to say Thank you for taking a look at my thread. I have just finished putting together the numbers for our webmaster program and I wanted to get your opinion, Is 20% of gross expenditures per member a good rate to pay to a webmaster. I'm looking to increase traffic to our site and I feel this may help. Please let me know if this is a worthy amount to be paid, I have looked at other sites and they all have their stipulations, simply put I am new and I need traffic and I am willing to pay for each connection.

You should look to hire contract only. Many people waste money on features they don't need while missing out on the main goal which is converting traffic and making $$$
