they pay 1$ if a member signs up for trial period, 14,95$ when a full membership is purchased (it costs the new member 14,95$) + 7$ when he reorders each month.

We keep it simple and just do 50/50 revshare for the life of the membership. Yes we have a small price point but our members stay on average of 6 months...
