Hi there, I am new to the forum and the industry. I haven't even put a site together yet but want to get started, and am still learning how the whole thing works.
I wanted to say hello. It was pretty cool to find this forum full of a lot of experienced people, because I have lots of questions, hehe.
One question I have is what makes a tube scripted site so special, or different than anything else? How is a tgp or a mgp run by a tube script different? I'm still trying to understand the different options you have to run a site.

Fuck the tube scripts! A good advice is to start with a couple of TGPs or MGPs , and start as well with blogs,that will bring you traffic to your TGPs , in 1-2 month, if you work properly at SEO.

If you are looking to start out, then try a blog. They are easy, relatively inexpensive, and will get your feet wet. Then, you can move on to bigger and better (more complicated) things...

Some of the best advice I have seen..

TUBE sites will KILL you in bandwidth and if you dont know what you are doing you will be gone in no time.

Don't run a tube site unless you don't mind paying lots of money for hosting.

Tube sites can quickly consume tons of bandwith, even with few visitors.
