I would make the following deal:

1. You will be her contact person that distributes the content to other webmasters and trying to sell it (for instance on GFY).
2. She says that she already has a website. Perhaps you can set up an affiliate program.
3. 50% of the income is yours

But to get all this arranged you will have to meet her in person (obviously) and let her sign these agreements. Anyway I think that you could make a lot of money if you act wisely.

Definitely meet in person...It kinda sounds like she may have sent that to lots of people...No problem with that, someone will bite. If she's cute, worth checking it out.

I always see thread like that "exclusive custom content" or something similar.. I was wondering why people buy those. If the girl is new, I always assumed she didn't have an a affiliate program, so what is the benefit to posting her on your site? I imagine the people buying the content run their own paysites, that is the only thing I can think of.

If that is made clear to me, that would be my only option. She is across the country from me and have not the slightest clue/time to run a paysite/affiliate program.

I have been talking to her and she said she runs a Paysite but doesn't have an affiliate program. I recommend to her to start one and then to hit up adult web master boards to try and get herself out there.

I agree. But also protect yourself, and take along a female friend to be a witness that you did nothing inappropriate. Some of the girls that may contact you from time to time are not always the most stable.

Just introduce your Female friend as an associate and leave it at that.
