The problem I have run across with the open source ones is that they don't allow you to use it with adult sites. Two that allow adult sites are vidiscript and ostube.

nubiles runs a free one and it looks decent. never tried it.
open source can leave alot of gaps in security, proceed with caution as these sites are usually sql and you don't want someone hacking your database especially if your running nats or some other system
