Need help with standard or preferred sizes for promotional content for affiliates...
When an affiliate promotes our free hosted galleries using thumbnails or larger images, are there any "standard" or preferred pixel dimensions to offer them e.g. is 720 high by 500 pixels wide a "standard" size for a larger image and 120 high by 85 pixels wide a "standard" size for a thumbnail?
Is it based on fixed-width only dimensions i.e. as long as it's 85 pixels wide, the height doesn't matter? I appreciate that every affiliate can be different but are there any common resolutions that we should use to help affiliates promote our site? I'd appreciate your feedback and if anyone has a moment, a quick catch up on ICQ. Many Thanks The Radiant Team |

Would really appreciate help....
Not had much feedback yet but I'm trying to make it easier for us to help any affiliate make more money... so I'd really appreciate some feedback.
Are there any 'standard' sizes for thumbs or bigger images that we need to make to help affiliates promote our site, free hosted galleries etc? Help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi... |

Most tgp/mgp owners use scripts which parse galleries and generate a thumbnail of the size they specify.
They all use a variety of sizes but I would say 180*135 is the most common size. |

Thanks for the feedback Ben.
So should I be creating just one medium-sized screen resolution image of about 500 pixels wide and leave it to the affiliates to convert to what they need? |
