I am sick of my TGPs

I was thinking about designing a proper pay site
I have a design in my head which I would like to do but have a few problems as I have never joined one nor have I the ability to join one, I am not sure what they are like when you get inside them. So I have a few questions.

1.. Where is a good place to buy content?
2.. How much content is not enough?
3.. Does internal content need to change on a daily basis like a TGP?
4.. Is there any pages such as 2257 pages that need to be in place?
4.. As it probably wont have a link exchange whats the best way of getting traffic to it?
5.. can it be set up with affiliate script so people sending traffic can get a good percentage of signups and whats a good program for it?

Theres probably a million more questions but those will satisfy me for now

1. Tons of content providers listed at www.xbiz.com
2. Everything you can get your hands on and then triple it, but update everyday.
3. Yes. everyday.
4. 2257 page should be outside the members area, but fine to have it inside too.
5. Buy traffic or have affiliates send traffic.
6. Nats, CCbill etc will do this and let affiliates promote you for revshare or per signup.

Do lots of research before just doing it. Really, unless you know what your doing, your going to lose money and lots of it.
