If you don't have SSH access or it's more then you want to deal with, just put in a trouble ticket with your host with the directions to do it for you, it's very simple and should just take them a couple seconds.

I think you need SSH. You might be able to do something with PHP -- ask the guys at arrowscripts, they're really friendly.
