To get a good idea of a real ratio, you need several months and tens of thousands of hits to a program...

Yea you cant draw any conclusion after 16 days...come back in 2 months and then define your ratios and $ a day.

I think your are really rather low. You are earning about $.02 per visitor. Which means based on your current available data, you can expect to make about $2,700 this month. For an estimated 180,000 uniques, that's not that great. At least not to me.

With Vivid Cash I'm earning about $.12 per visitor. Although my numbers are a tad high because I have very targeted porn star traffic, I wanted to show you how very different our sites are in terms of quality traffic.

If you work on increasing the quality of your traffic and improving your site, you can easily double what you are earning now.

I run a pay site, not a TGP, so someone else might be able to give you better advice than me, but just taking a quick look at your site, it's hard as hell to read the text on it. I would recommend taking a look at other TGP sites and taking note of how their text looks. For example, it looks like you're using New Time Roman for a font. Use Verdana instead. It's easier to read. Also, you're using white on a red background. Not good. Look at other sites. See how they handle text. Go with that.
