TGP Question

I ask a lot on this board, and always are happy with the answer you guys give me, so here is another one.

I'm planning to try out a tgp, and now I hear a lot of guys think...wtf why, waste of you time etc (is this true, since I read some threads about it).

But here is my question. What TGP software is very popular, and what is smarter ? a picture or text based TGP? in your opinion ?

I know http://www.jmbsoft.com/software/tgpx/ but I would like to get informed first ;)

Thnx for help guys

I use rotator for some fake TGP's, but their autogallery SQL script is basically just as good, but accepts submissions.

Text TGP's send our more productive traffic, however Id say they were harder to build up nowadays with so many HQ Thumb TGPs/MGPs

for an example that mixes both, have a look at my larger Latina MGP

Is a TGP it worth it? Well, it used to be da bomb, but the air is getting thinner and thinner in TGP land. We wanted to do one a year ago, but dropped the idea. Why beat a dead horse in the mouth, and do something 500 others are already doing with more or less success?

What I see right now is that I get monster traffic from 1 or 2 TGPs, decent traffic from another 6, and little or no traffic from 350 TGPs. Besides, many of them disappear faster than I can update my submitter database. Unless you have an innovative concept and you know what you are doing, it's going to be difficult, at best.

Hi guys, thnx for the info. I took a look at autogallery sql and it looks ok, it has most features that I'm looking for. Most things that jenny says, I already read on this forum, but I just needed some fresh opinions, so I agree with her, that is also the whole reason I Started a Blog instead of a tgp for my first site.

yep I'm using Smart Thumbs for some time now and I'm very happy with it. It allows you to manage multiple domains too and isnt that confusing like comus in my opinion. the navigation is much more logical I think.

comus is easy to install and run. The problems people have with it are because it has so many options that is confuses people. Name a tgp script that hase a searchable database, one that the surfers can use? Just one! COMUSTHUMBS!

So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
think about that
