Simple toplist script?

hiya,

Does anyone know of a simple toplist script? Ideally not MySQL based

Im currently using Sloth_trader and using it's toplist include. My ideal features are...

Keep track of total clicks in for longer than a few weeks back
Simple PHP include method
Sites stored in php/txt files. No MySQL
Light weight "add site" then list sites, ordered by hits in and showing hits out/in.

Anyone know any? I've done a fair bit of googling, id rather not have to install sloth every time, and it only tracks as far back as 24 hours.

another is hintondesign.org/ and go to the php downloads they have a topscript and forum

simply because this is for a "turnkey" site template, with emphasis on quantity, and I can't be dealing with creating a MySQL database every time ;)
