Need some help !!
Can anyone tell me how to properly fit in pics taken off of content sites to fit more clearly into my thumb nail galleries ???

use ImageMagick to do a back end re-size

Try GdPicture. But, wonder why you have trouble downloading ImageMagick, as it is open source.
