Disclaimer

On my page i have a disclaimer before entering. I was wondering do i have to have that? Can i just add the tos link at the bottom of all pages? I'm losing tons of traffic from the front page. My site is just a site to promote other peoples sites. I have banners, text links and some hosted gallery's and thats it.

Not a lawyer... so take it for what it's worth... but from all I have ready everywhere you are still not legally mandated to have a warning page... though if you are showing any "sexually explicit" content, you need a 2257 warning somewhere on the page.... the warning page is more of a "CYA" provision showing your good intentions and general desire to keep kids from seeing things accidentally in case you ever get hauled into court you can say you did everything "reasonable" including disclaimers, 2257, and labeling with RTA, etc....

You do not actually HAVE to have a warning page.

You do not actually have to have any 2257 compliance statement on any particular page, either.

These are the sorts of people do trying to be friendly to other people that aren't looking to be friendly to them, aka the rampaging fundamentalist right.

And exactly what is the harm in children seeing parts of the human body, I still have to be explained.
