A question about public nudity pics - GoFuckYourself.com

Hi,

I'm not really new to the business. In the past 3 years I was out of it, but now I'd like to get back in the game.

I came across some pretty interesting content- women walking naked through Munich (Germany) and the near villages. They're showing them off in restaurants and on the streets. With the summer coming, there'll be even more fresh content.

So I believe this should made a nice paysite. What do you think about it? How is flashing converting for you? Are there many websites like that?

But before I buy it I need to be sure that pics of public nudity are not illegal in some kind. Are they? What should I watch out for when buying such pics and videos? What about the strangers on the pics?

As long as you get the docs, ID shots, etc. for the models, it's not really a problem.

In most countires public nudity isn't illegal, sexual acts in public are, but that's the problem when shooting it, not when buying the content.

Flashing converts nicely, there is a very successful public nudity site, german as well I think, http://www.nudeinpublic.tv There aren't many sites of this type around, most are more beach voyeur style, or springbreak/mardi gras flashing.

Strangers are ok, if they are in a crowd or just walking by noone will care, but if you show a guys face closeup for 15 seconds, it could become a problem.

What you absolutely have to avoid is showing any brand names, no mc donalds in the background, no coca cola sunshade or stuff like this. Same goes for any music from a radio playing in a restaurant.

good luck with your pay site plans - make sure to let us know, once you are about to launch - this kind of things have a good potential to become popular!

Well good luck to you, but I think that kind of niche is not really competitive unlike the other pornsites available on the web right now!

I also hope it'll convert well because there's not really much like that on the market. And the other website that StarkReality wrote about is really german too. Germans are quite wicked, aren't they?

As for the IDs, I think I've read somewhere on this board that 2257 does not really apply to public nudity content, is this true? I hope so because my photographer has a lot of nice older pics for which he has model releases but no copies of the IDs. He's now trying to reach the models and ask them to give him those copies, but most of them are not reachable anymore.

Those models are not quite young and you can see from the photo that they're over 18. Furthermore it's just nudity, there're no sexual acts on the photos...

divine116, what niche would you suggest? I'm planning on building a few paysites, not just one, so I'm always open for new ideas.
