2257 and forums
I know getting legal advice on a messageboard is not the safest way to go, but I am just looking for what the concensus is from people who may be doing this. What is the deal with running an adult themed messageboard and 2257 regs. Specifically, if posters are allowed to post pics, what is the responsibility of the message board with regard to 2257? I know some boards like xxxpt allow posters to post whatever pics they want.
