Go with Cams.com. They have free high quality previews. Sells great. I'm doing about 1:300 with them right now with 105$ per sale
 adds up to quite a lot;)

I Think camgirlshide is the best camgirl site (maybe a slightly biased opinion). Unfortunately, there is no real way to offer an affiliate program.
