Question about feeds

Hi all, I was reading the whats gonna maybe be new 2257. I just have a quick question that i seem to be stuck on.
When you have a video streaming feeds in your site, but is not on your server, am I required to have the ids/docs for the performers? Any advice would be very appreciated. Thankyou

If it is a text link to the video, no, but if you have a pic or screencap, yes. If the vid is embedded to be displayed from your site, yes.

Exactly, whenever content shows up on your site, no matter if it's hotlinked from somewhere, embedded, hosted by you, loaded in an iframe, you need the docs.
At least that's the safe way.
