:stop 2257 law regarding forums...???

I'm working on an adult surfer forum.

What 2257 guidelines do I have to follow?

I feel that the individual members of the forum should be responsible for what they post, but I'm not sure what the law is.

Maybe I should type something in the user registration agreement message, I don't know.

Thanks for your help in advance...

lol... do the mods have me on "miserable" mode?

Am I on so many peoples ignore lists that my threads fly in the wind?

Or is just because this happens to be a business thread?

How many licks does it take to get to the tootsie roll center of a tootsie pop?

The world may never know...

they will have the ability to post pics and vids... but untill I get the laws straight I will only allow them to remotely host them.

Remote hosting of the images + a user agreement seems like a "good" solution.

I've thought about this problem and you def. don't want others uploading images to your own server.
