Hi everybody

Need this post for relax...

Im 2 months on this business, have 3 sites, a lot of hours dedicated, but my earnings are 0. Have cam site, teen site, free pics, free vids, update content but nothing work, dont know what is the reason but Im very discouraged

If somebody wanna give me some tips or just express his point of view are welcome.. I go to sleep.. today was a hard day

I’ve worked in this business in one fashion or another since 1993 and I still learn new things every day. Recently I have come back to design work after a few years as a consultant in the entertainment field.

As far as critique of your sites:

All of them share the same types of features. I’m all for simplistic to a degree but your site looks just like every other site out there that has the same content. Don’t get me wrong that’s not entirely a bad thing but being a little unique never hurts.

A few other questions for you to ponder:

How much advertising have you done?
Have you done any marketing research on your URLs?
Have you fully catered to your niche?
Do you trade traffic with other sites?
How much “Incoming” traffic do you get? By knowing this you can
make an educated choice on how to advertise. If you are getting 200 unique hits a
day and no one is making you money then you need to look at what types of people are visiting, if they return, where they are from.

I once had a site very much like yours, and I was getting 150 – 200 visits a day, no one was hitting any of my ads or my programs. I reassessed my situation and tried diversifying my programs. I found out many of my visitors were from the US and I put up less exotic girl ads and added some programs that were cheaper for the buyer.

To make a very long story short (too late), I found out most of my market were cheap horny bastards. They liked the try before you buy sites at that time were like 1.99 for 3 days or something. I got a cut and some even signed up.

In our time where newsgroups and P2P software create free alternatives to websites, I would continue to work with live cam and TGP. I was never a fan of the adult blog, although it has shown large promise and marketability.

I am not going to make any suggestions to you, but I hope I may have opened your mind a bit and helped you know what to look for.
