I've sent 3 emails to the support of ccbill but I didn't get any answer now.
Anyone of ccbill on the board or any other contact email or icq to get in touch with them? |

I did send them a email once and got a response within a hour. Did your email had a friendly tone? Cause sometimes support people don't like too short emails.

What was the email address used when sending your request? CCBill has multiple email address pertaining to the type of support which is required. Please make sure you are sending your emails to the address listed below in my signature. Also, our staff is here for inbound phone calls 24/7 |

part of their team is slower and part faster, you have to wait, and believe me, i know what i am talking about, i was bombing ccb few weeks ago, but all problems were solved so be patient
