affiliate program generators

anyone here use one of the services that generates and tracks an affiliate program for you (ie ccbill)? If so who do you use and/or who should I avoid?

I know I'm probably not labelling it right. What I mean is, CCbill has a simplified affiliate program that is plug and play, but my sites are all bondage and fetish, so they won't process for me so I'm looking for someone else that does something similar to what they do.
There are a few others out there (You can tell by some of the templates), so I'm lookgin for reccomendations as to who.

Well if your having issues with processors then thats one thing. most will reject you - try verotel, perhasp that will work.

I'm not having issue with processors, but i think that ccbill requires you use their processing in order to use their affiliate program. I have processing already, but I need affiliate program software or template.
