IE Problem Help

I don't know if it happens to you buy anyways:

I have my toolbars neatly placed on my IE browser, but the thing is sometimes when my computer runs out of memory, and open a new window, all my toolbars are rearranged to default which pisses me off then I would have to reorganize the toolbars. Anyone know anything to fix this?
