No skimming vs. skimming when spending little time
If I understand correctly, it takes a crap load of time, especially from a newbie to be successful in trading traffic because it is a zero sum game.
Yet I see comments like it takes a crap load more money to make a non-skimming TGP vs. one with skimming. I don't have thousands to spend on something I'm not sure will produce a good ROI. Eventually, I will be writing a script that handles my FHGs/promo content pseudo-TGP completely for me (I will still do some manual maintenance every now and then.). Note that I will still have new daily FHGs. So which path should I take? The no skimming or the skimming one? Should I even use TTT if it won't skim? It seems to have some features which could be useful anyway. |

No skimming, trading needs an essential thing you probably don't have so far: Additional traffic sources. No matter if search engine traffic, bought traffic, bookmarkers, you need traffic in addition to what your trading partners send.
The reason is simple: All scripts count hits a bit different, some just get lost, sometimes visitors won't click at all, etc. So you always have a traffic leak that needs to be filled or your trades will slowly die. |

Thank you. Well actually I don't even have a site yet.
a little search engine traffic, significant start-up bought traffic and later on significant number of bookmarkers seem reasonable one year goals to me. After starting, I'm not sure if I'll keep on buying traffic. So still think 0% skimming is best for me? No matter what my ultimate goal is 0% skimming. |
