Please explain how RSS feeds work. Do i need a certain script to get it to work or do i just pop the link in??

Nevermind... i found what i need. For anyone who doesnt know php and how to get RSS feeds to work, use this http://itde.vccs.edu/rss2js/build.php

I may add a shameless plus for "Zipped Sites" in my sig, with their wordpress plugin you can import galleries with descriptions to wordpress blogs...even if the sponsor doesn't offer RSS !
