Converting Movies to Flash programs?
Does anyone know any? I would like one that puts a play/pause/etc... options interegrated with the final flash movie.

Try SUPER C, it converts several types of video including flash, divx, wmv, etc. Never tried flash, but it works great for divx to wmv. In a few clicks your converting is done. You can download the freeware version here: http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html

ah I got that program but I don't think it adds a pause/play/etc.. feature on the outputted video unless I am missing an option.
