Porn laws.... Can anyone help me?

Hello,

I have just heard that some States do not allow you to take payments from residents because of the laws with selling pornographic material in that State. Could anyone help me with this? I was wondering what states do now allow it and if there are also countries that do not allow it as well.

Thanks

I am not aware of billing companies that have "do not process" lists. DVD do not ship lists are common though.

I agree with Michael. I've encountered DVD "do not ship" lists, as well as issues with shipment of erotic toys. But I've never come across "do not process" lists.

Best of luck
Drew
