I may be interested in adding in an affiliate program for some of our sites.

I am bouncing around some ideas, and wouldn't mind talking with someone in the SW Michigan, Northern Indiana area who either has experience, done one, or has some interest in them.

I simply do not have the time, but we are at the point that it may be of interest if it's a good financial move. If you can refer me to someone who has some time to talk, that would be good as well.

i think its trial and error what ever works for you best but there is no harm in putting one on your websites

To be honest, if you have a good product, just setup a simple affiliate program with your credit card processor.. ccbill, paycom, mvc and most have one built in at 0 cost to you. No need to write checks etc.
