Value of certain ccTLDs?

Hi,

I've been wondering about the value of certain ccTLDs.

Let's take a generic name like sex.

Obviously, sex.com would be the most valuable domain with this term.

Bu... what about sex.be? sex.lu? sex.pl? sex.nu?

Would those all have about the same value, or does the value of ccTLDs like those differ? Are factors such as the size of the local market (though we're using english-named domains) affect the value?

How about less amazing terms...

whore, for example. (chose this example because I noticed whore.be for sale)

whore.com is still an awesome domain...but what about things like whore.be, whore.lu, whore.lv?

Any insight into this topic would be appreciated!

Thanks,
Jordan
